Tdi vac hose size

Hi guys

I want to replace as many vac hoses on my tdi as I can get to.

Does anyone know what size they are?

I asked the same question not yesterday I took one of mine off today and it's a 4 mm internal diameter

Watch out tho because the one that runs under the intercooler hose gets reduced to 3 mm

Some are ID 3mm and some you will need ID 4mm, 8mm OD

I just bought some 3mm and 5mm

Should hopefully be ok

Hi Guys, sorry to bring up this dead thread but Im currently in the process of doing the same. I've got some 4mm I/D pipe and also some 3mm I/D. Are there any joints as such that I need to get or anything else?

Nope. What you have is all you need

Do you know if there is a diagram for the hoses mate? Im presume its pretty straight forward but still

No need for a diagram. Just take the vac hose off the vac box and follow it until it stops. Easy
