Right iv got red tx autosport intercooler on my 130z but the hardend pipework tgat comes with it stops where the standard pipework for smic starts so it hasn't really replaced the pipework it's just added to it. Has anyone else had and fixed this. As I can not find replacement kit for the standard pipework that still exists cheers

Nowhere I believe sells just the pipe kit from the SMIC setup except Darkside Developments.

They do an uprated SMIC so I would of thought they do a hard pipe kit too.

There's a guide on briskoda and a list of all the parts needed to convert the top pipe to silicone and stainless pipes cost me about 80 quid from old smic point to the egr I've also fitted the tx autosport kit to my pd130

Ahh right thanks. I found it myself about 10 mins after I posted this lmfao. One if the links on there has expired the one for the hard pipe. Us it a 300 mm in length one?

There's a company on eBay called pipewerx I got mine from I can't remember how long it is though it's a 70 degree bend though

I ended up using a 45 degree with 200mm legs worked fine. Now need to concerntrating on bottom part of pipework. I may just put a reducer over the one remaining link

Now for the bottom half from turbo to ic. Anyone know of any links for that or have any advice

I've made all mine myself out of pieces, you just need some aluminium pipe to go back to where it turns up 90 degrees, then a 90 degree silicone pipe then i cant quite remember the rest, best thing to do it just to get under your car and look, for the bit that goes into the turbo you'll need one of these... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150802992992&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123

Thats allows the silicone pipework to be connected to the turbo through the standard fittings. However not sure what size you need.

I got all my pipework bits from http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/autoperformanceonline

Buy the cupra tdi hard metal top pipe, 1 x 90 degree (62mm iirc) elbow, 1 x bayonet fitting, 1 x 45 degree 62mm - 51mm elbow, add the clamps and shorten where needed. Cost me 65 ish quid and looks factory (almost). I've never had issues with the lower pipes so they are a combination of forge and standard as part of the the seatsport fmic conversion.
