Well had a compression test this morning as cyl 3 is counting a missfire at idle. *Showed healthy.

Going to try injector cleaner to see if it's sticking injector.

Got my CTEK battery conditioner, ace little bit of kit.

Then spent this lunchtime Wrapping my ITG in heat reflective tape.....

Waiting for Snap on seat cover, OSIR footrest, Fuel Filter, oh and some more snow foam and plush towel. Possible ordering a car cover but I shouldnt!

Goes into dealer on Monday to repair bumper from dizzy cow driving into me, also getting them to paint fog & lower grills gloss black. *Oil seal needs replacing on pipe going into intercooler too.

Just saw you're from Aldershot and assumed you are in the Army, sorry lol.

The climate panel - the LEDs were bought from a french online LED shop called bluecars between me & my electronics instructor they were painstakingly swapped over lol. Worrying seeing my climate panel in bits being de soldered and re soldered but well worth the effort, actually one of my favourite mods...

If you know some one good with electronics and a steady hand with a soldering iron Id recommend doing it as it brings a touch of class to the interior IMO, crisp white light instead of all bland red

Picked the car up this evening :)

They have done alignment. Feels as though its wandering to the right though...

Had the oil seal fixed FOC :)

Had some gloss black paint added too (Pics when it stops pissing it down :) Also Re fitted my RHD Xenons for me.

I have kept the old bumper for eBay.de or stick it in removals wagon when I move to Uk fingers crossed for a couple of hundred euros on that, just wants a paint.

Looks really good, will match the gloss black parts of the rest of the Cupra - makes you think why dont they make them this colour :thumbup:

Thanks mate, yours isn't looking too shabby either ;) coming along very nicely!

If I had a quid for every time I thought why wasn't this mod standard lol
I'd be able to afford the S3 in the 1st place haha.

Well only got 6 weeks left in Afghan now and guess what my little car fund is now at 3200 pounds so its growing nicely but first thing is getting my Car a full service before i start anything.

Missed out on doing H15, meant to be out there with 77 Talisman. That was the next few big mods funding :( Not going as I was promoted & am posted...

Counting the days for ya mate.

Good to know people are liking the updates :) I wonder what Id think about it if Id never owned it and read about it lol.
