One time out of the many so far Ive opened the boot (playing), It didnt open right away - but then after a couple of seconds it did.

Im going to look at the bumpers on my mates Stylance as they are the springy / damper type and mine are fixed/ solid, might try his :)

Sent the heater blower rings off this morning and will be doing the steering column and the front pillars next too.

On the search for 3 space savers18" (anyone?), a gearbox (to finally get a diff) and the back part of the dashboard where the big oval is for blowing air on the screen. (for flocking)

Fitted my winter tyres - AVON Ice touring

Good effort Mike! Not sure about the flocking, the dash definitely looks better darker and what you have done is certainly unique. I have seen other dash's coloured gloss black / carbon wrapped and I think I prefer it that way.

What happened to weight saving? - carrying the wheels round that!!

Ive seen an interior with gloss black touches and said I was going to do it myself as I like it. Think it's too shiny though, although I mainly did it for aesthetics it also helps reduce any glare / reflection.

I think when I've done the pillars back part of the dash and heater rings it will all tie together nicely.

Got a few ideas for a bit of trimming to help it all tie in but I have things higher on the never ending list.. Lol

The tyres were only being transported home lol :p
