I was just reading some damning reviews of the infortainment system in the new Golf Mk8 which looks like it shares with the Formentor, though I understand Cupra's user interface is better than VW.

I know some reviewers state they struggle with it but just wondering how owners who have had the car for a bit get on with it??

I found it really easy to understand and get used to it. Less than a day.

One thing it is worth mentioning is the touch response not being that fast. Sometimes it takes a while to process the input, like while typing an address, some letters get missing. Not sure if this is a issue on my car or in all, but I would like the screen to be more sensitive, that's all

totally agree, the interface is easy to use but way too slow. Need a bit more processing power i think.

Agree it can be slow when digits and screen is cold. I know this sounds weird but warm hands and warm car make a difference.
