I'm looking at this mod too, but not had much joy as yet, however i found a load of washer jest on Vagparts.com by typing "washer" into the search bar.
They are all heated and the ones i checked are for Audi's, so if anyone is able to compare the Washers on the listed Audi, it may help.
No idea if they are fan type washers.

If i can't find a direct replacement, then i won't be getting any. Got to look OEM and perform like they should.
done a bit of reserach on Etka, and found the following part numbers are very similair:
Fabia: 3B0955985
4mo: 6E0955985
Leon: 191955985
I've been informed that the Fabia and 4Motion washers are fan type.
So i don't know if this means they are all the same type (fan or stream) or the same size.....
also the heated ones are the same except each number ends in 6

will this be a plug and play type mod? as i hate the standard ones...cant direct em' properly...they very rarely get my windscreen, more likely the car behinds 
when you say heated, do you mean it heats the water as it comes out, if it does it must get really hot to warm the water as it passes through,
my mk2 golf has heated washers and this just means the jet is heated as not to freeze when cold, it doesnt heat the water.

Its my understanding that the nozzles are heated to prevent or thaw out any frost. I doubt the water would be heated.
Only just seen this thread. I have two of said 3 cars
If I remember I'll have a look tonight, or if not then sometime through the week.
I've just ordered the 4Mo ones (6E0955985) and they cost less than £5 for 2, so will be receiving them on Wednesday and go from there.
Have managed to compare the Golf and my Leon and they are very similair except the golf one is a bit taller and squarish in shape, but seems to be the same size otherwise.
Will update when i find out more

The existing washer jets can be removed with a finger nail, and pull out easily so this should be a very easy mod. If it works.
