Thrust bearing!!

Hi all have just brought a uprated sachs paddle clutch and mechanic says i need to get thrust bearing to, now are these a standard part or can you get uprated ones to and any good places to get them from??

didnt get it through him stu got it somewhere else, so was wondering i only got 2 plates no bearing so will ask to ask them tom when they open
