ticking

I looked at an LCR yesterday that I am probably going to buy but just wondered if its normal for the engine to tick/tap quite loadly? The seller told me that they all do it but i wasnt convinced. Any advice cheers

The charcoal canister will tick, not loudly but you can hear it, its situated next to the screen washer bottle.

injectors are quite loud on lc and lcr aswell. and as said carbon canister does tick.. nothing to worry about imho

edit... is it a atick or a tap?? pretty much a different noise is that mate
