Get some "wurth rost off ice". Thats what I used with good result. Soaked the bolts 3 times a day for 3 days and the bolts came off with nearly no force at all. The stuff is amazing...

finally got them off today had been soaking with wd-40 again and again took for a bit of a thrash and thought i would try my luck with it all hot and what do you know they came right out im sooo pleased going to try and get the time to fit the turbo tomorrow thanks for all your help

mr d i cant fault all tyhe advise i got but i have to admit if not for heat they were not coming off lol

when you put them back on (new ones I strongly advise) put copper grease on them like I said earlier.
