Time for air con service 😂

Don't know what's melting the most in this heat, me or my motor Took advantage of an early finish from work to go and see James from Chill Out Air Conditioning in Bretherton, near Preston, for an air con service and recharge. Massive difference now. Big shout out to them for fitting me in at short notice, much appreciated. Can highly recommend for anyone in the Preston and Southport areas

How much did it cost? I am thinking about getting my car done. I am just looking at what price is reasonable. The car is 11 years old and the air con still seems to work well, but it has never been done.

It cost me £65, but that was mates rates and for cash. At 11 years old, your car will have the older R134a gas, which luckily for you is a lot cheaper than the R1234YF gas they changed to in 2018/2019, apparently for envirnomental reasons...... It certainly is worth doing though, I got into mine after work today, it had been parked in the direct sun all day, and was blowing ice cold within seconds of starting the engine.

Having said that, it it's working......don't fix it if it ain't broken!
