Hey I have a Toledo 110 tdi (non pd) with 89k on her. Ive got her revo remap and everything else is stock.

I have heard you can upgrade the fuel injector nozzles to give u more power gain. Question is, can put, say .216 injectors on her without doing anything else to it or would I have to turn to a custom map also to get correct fuel/air mixture? Would it make much difference if I put the bigger nozzles in as well as having the revo map?

Sometimes you'll get away with fitting bigger nozzles (depends how big and how they've been setup) on stock software due to the engines running a lot of extra air at stock. If it's been remapped already, you'll need to get it done again to support bigger nozzles.

howdy fella. Just wondering about your remap,is it a big improvement over standard and would you recommend it. Ive been thinking about it but been put off by several horror stories.

From what i've read bigger nozzles can be fitted so can a pd150 turbo & egr but its best to do the mods before remapping

Do you have the 137bhp remap ?

I started off with a standard remap on my old Toledo, 145bhp, and then I had the 150 turbo and larger nozzles fitted. It drove on the standard remap, but not very well, so I had to have a custom map done. Finished up at a reliable 165hp. As has been said before, get the mods done first, then a remap to suit.
