Just got my hands on some 16" Fabula alloys off a mk5. Done less than 200 miles and got 4 for £100. No tyres on them but fingers crossed they will be well worth the money.

Get a pressed set mate. Theyres a fella who does them fully road legal for £26.

Cheers mate, yours is looking awesome. I can't decide what road tyo go down with the alloys (colour wise).

On the up, picked up an FR spoiler off Fleabay for £15, came today all looks tidy.

Next big decision is to keep it red or go for gloss black along with the roof. DECISIONS DECISIONS.

Dilemma...

Spoiler is Flash Red and not Emocion Red. Soo... do i get it sprayed to match my car or wrap the roof and spoiler gloss black? (Sorry to copy you phil)

Don't be mate, that's what this place is for. To share ideas, I don't see it as copying mate.

And I'd get it wrapped mate, place where I got mine done is award winning and SW #1 at wrapping but seeing as your in Wales if I remember rightly there's a decent place in Newport I think

Well I am going to have a go at spraying it black myself first as I have the time and stuff here to give it a shot. If it doesn't turn out very well then I'll get it wrapped I think.

It's not the easiest surface to spray and then if you get the roof wrapped it will make the best of spray painting jobs look bad unfortunately.

Ahhhhh I see, it's all coming to light now for a know-nothing like me. HAHA. Gloss black wrap it is then. What are the chances of me being able to pull a good job off myself on either the spoiler or the roof mate?

Not a chance of the roof mate lol. Unless your very good, easily sprayed but getting it even is the killer. Better chance of doing the spoiler but like I said if its even only a half decent job it will stand out.

Lol again that's what this place is for mate to help others lol. I started knowing NOTHING about cars but this site has taught me everything I need!

They 16's?

If so then you'll need 205/45/16 on them

If 17's then you'll need 205/40/17

But if you wanted a stretch on them you can go for like 165/45/16.

Mine are 205/45/16 on a 7J rim. Wanting them stretched so I can go all the way down on front Coilivers
