Mine are 205/45/16 on a 7J rim. Wanting them stretched so I can go all the way down on front Coilivers

What do you mean by stretching them mate? Will they look a lower profile? I think i'l go for eith 205's or 195's

Tyre stretch is putting tyres that are too narrow onto wheels that are too wide.

Like putting 205/40/17 on 9" wide wheels.

The 205 is the width of the tyre in MM. The 9" is the width of the wheel in inches (so 9J)

I think they look good within reason.

7j with 195/45 on looks good.
7j with 165/60 on looks crap.

Type 'tyrestretch' into google and have a look on tyrestretch.com (think its .com)

It's a grippy mat. Sold in mostly every pound shop and is also sold in asdas car section. Just cut to fit
