ok, on the spec it says 120, and more often than not they are wrong.

on a run back tonight i got the car to 120.. and that was it.

it did have 4 18" alloys in the back mind you but my speedo is out by at times 10mph

is this right? surely not.

How many miles are on the clock? If it is still tight then it wont rev out properly, this is particularly relevant to Diseasels as they take ages to loosen up unless you rev them out quite frequently.
I do hope you were on a private road.

as private as it can be. 1am and no one is about on that particular part.

and it has 21K i think its run in propperly now.

The fun starts at 120mph IMO. Im only endorsing this type of recklessness and disregard for life when on the track mind you.

But life does change at 120 +

The thing is, if your to drive a fiesta... At 120 mph for instance then It's fast. I dont personally think 120 mph in a cupra is fast, before you even realise it. On the motorway your clock says 100 mph +

i find that problem also, happily cruizing along then "oh sh!t" i realise i am doing over 100. then when i slow down to 80 it seems so slow.

i think i need cruise control... that way i will be less likey to speed.

i wonder if you can set it at like 150.. and see what the car would do!

If you're car will do 150 and has cruise, it mostly certainly can be set at that.

A friend with an M5 proved that for me!
