Torque setting for steering wheel spline bolt please...

Does anyone have access to Elsawin?? I need to find out the torque setting for the spline bolt holding on the steering wheel. I've snagged a new Alcantara (proper Seat) one for half price. Swapping it out for the plastic affair already in my Chill.
Also while i'm on the subject, will anything need reset (apart from the one touch windows) when I reconnect the battery after hopefully not igniting the airbag?

Fit the steering wheel in the same position.
After each assembly, mark with a punch.

For safety reasons, bolt can be used a maximum of 5 times.
Tighten to a torque of 30 Nm + 1/4 turn (90º)

Cheers Alpha, finally got the time to do the swap this morning. It was a bit fiddly to undo the clips and I pushed the airbag module on a bit too firmly on re-assembly, so when I re-connected the battery my horn sounded constantly, but all sorted now. A nice alcantara trimmed steering wheel with the aluminium finish kit on it. A bargain at £85 as opposed to £169 + fitting at the dealers.
