In the Mk. 2 Leon I have a button that switch's the traction control off, can this be done on the Mk.3 as I could not see a button and the happy sales chappie didn't know...

According to the manual, yes. They call it ASR and in sports mode it's functionality is reduced but you can also turn it off altogether through the Easy Connect menu or pressing a button (not clear in the manual if it's a physical button or a button on the touchscreen).

You can switch ASR off only through Easy Connect System, there is no physical button for that. I think I will miss this button during winter.

Can you adjust the car from eco/normal/sport settings whilst on the move on the touhscreen?

Yes you can.

EDIT: Just to expand a little - you can edit the individual settings for the profiles AND alternate between the different profiles whilst the vehicle is in motion.

You can turn the asc but I don't think u can turn traction off totally think its a safety measure might be wrong
