Looking into this dash cam as it seems like a good price and seems to have good reviews. Has only had first hand experience of this at all?

One of my main concerns is how much it could stand out because it has a chrome coloured lens. Also I'm looking to place it behind my rear view mirror to keep it out of sight but not sure if it would be a good recording angle or not.

Got one of these in my truck mounted behind mirror,it can barely be seen from outside and it has very very wide angle lens so recording angle no problem. Video quality is bloody good to unless facing bright sunlight then just like us it cant see a bloody thing

I have had one of these for a few months now and it seems to work well. The view is very wide angle, I have it mounted just behind the mirror and it picks up the bottom corners of the windscreen, and can just barely be seen from outside the car if you are looking for it. The G sensor seems a bit sensitive as it often thinks I am crashing if I hi a bump half way round a roundabout, and the wifi link can be temperamental. The picture I think is very good and you can play back the video and change the camera settings from your phone ( if you can get it to connect)
