Transmission oil for 02M?

Im having a hard time finding the genuine VAG transmission oil online, and apparently the local seat dealers dont like picking up the phone. euro car part wants £40 a litre!!!

I get the Vw recommended oil off ebay, but dont know the weight or number for the VAG tranny tuff. Anyone know what to look for? Only other thing i know it takes about 2.3l to fill.

I read a few horror stories about 02M needing very specific oil and my box already whines like a pig so im keen to go for the vag oil.

yes and yes lol

im thinking it needs trans oil as the plug has been wet to the touch ever since i got it. And i was researching earlier about the high pitch hum i have and a couple pf people had the same and cured it this way. Im optimistic in hoping to hit two birds with one stone

This stuff also worked perfectly on my 5 speed, which is also very fussy of oils.
