Trim sqeaking, driving me mad!

Hi,
I've got a nasty sqeak coming both rear doors on my TDI SE. Driving over the tiniest bump causes a really annoying sqeak from both sides. Vanishes/reduces when I drop the windows.

Any thoughts on how to make it go away? Complained to the dealer who couldn't, off course, find anything wrong! I'm happy to DIY strip the doors.

Had this on our Alhambra after having window tints fitted, where they cleaned the glass prior to fitting tints they obviously cleaned all the glass and seals and made them squeaky clean! as mentioned a drop of silicone spray around the window seals cures the problem. My dealer cured it when it was in for a service.

Hi guys.
I've just got 4 door trims. Could anyone tell me what's the best way of fitting them on. Would it be some hard glue or to screw it into the doors? Thanks
