Trip computer mk3 ibiza cupra

Hi i realised a couple of weeks ago my outside temperate on my trip computer turned into how many hours my car had been runing.

Yesterday my mate bought a ibiza cupra mk3 same year and his has mpg etc.

I was wondering if i have to buy anything to get this on my screen???

Never heard of having to buy anything extra

You know there is a left/right flick switch on the wiper stalk to scroll through mpg, fuel, temperature etc dont you?
