Trim the arches away

Mine rub on 205/40/R17'S

Take your wheels off and look where its rubbing inside the plastic arch and then cut it away with a stanley knife , My bet is its the screw right at the top , chop it off

205/40 & 215/40 17's shouldn't rub at all, especially when not even under full lock (which is when it would occur consistently if the tyres were too big)...i'd check your shocks which could be mullered

ye there is a bolt on the top of the arch that is rubbing! i am running 17" old out TT 6 spokes, on the 215, 40's! going to higher the coilovers before i start hacking away at stuff! will prob get carried away and take too much off!

ye sorry guys just assumed you all knew it was slammed! was the second thing i did to it! going to rise it a bit now then take it for a spin, will let you kno! prob going to have to take that screw out too, what does it hold anyway?

another thing, i dont think the back it low enough but the coilover is all the way down, if i take the adjuster off, will the back rub much?

cheers

The screw is supposed to secure the plastic arch but if you take the screw out it doesnt unsecure the arch so its not needed

Shouldt scrub on rear , lots of people take the cups out im gonna do it soon
