Tuning Box

Over the last few months I have been dying to get more from my Cupra so I have now opted for a Bluespark tuning box which I have just ordered.
Did a bit of research on other forums and plenty of people have bought these and experienced gains from them. They are reasonably priced compared to some other tuning boxes and are getting brilliant reviews from Skoda, BMW and Alfa drivers so thought I had to give it a bash too.
Will let you guys know how I get on with it when it comes (should be here for the weekend) and I am hoping to get it on a rolling road to see how much of a gain is actually possible. Their website quotes up to 28 BHP and 30 NM of an increase. Fingers crossed anyway.

Fitted the Bluespark box a couple of weeks ago and I was instantly impressed! I was sceptical when I had ordered it as plenty of people have said that tuning boxes are useless, but this made a difference. I left the box on the factory setting of C, there are higher settings of D and E also but the setting it arrives on is recommended. The car does feel more powerful, overtaking has a noticable difference. Installation was easy enough; was around 20 mins. I tie wrapped it in behind so it's not easily visable. Only this week have I stopped using the extra power and tried to see if there is an economy difference and I am surprised to say i'm currently up around 4 mpg, not huge but at least it's something! Couldn't recommend buying a box more and at the fraction of the price of a remap i'm not complaining!

I got mine for £119.99 a couple of weeks ago. You get a diagram with it and it's really easy, I will take some pictures and post them here and show how to do it as the pictures you get aren't the clearest. I would say go for it for the price!
