Turbo blow-up

Good day. My sun bought a second hand Seat Cupra 6L 1.9TDI. He had a BUK engine. We reconned the Garret turbo, and then the turbo blew up braking the engine. We then bought a ADT 1.9TDI engine. My son did stage 1 software, the new turbo blew up when they did the software. They recommended that he put his BUK's injectors into the ADT motor. Since then, he broke 6 turbo's. We thought that it occurred when he shifted to 3rd gear, but it is the same thing every time. So he fixed it yet again, replaced the fuel line, N75, boost pipes and when he went for stage 2 software again yesterday, he broke the new turbo again. What can be the problem if this keeps happening?
