I wouldn,t expect 10bhp - Nuespeed say up to 8bhp but i,m more interested in the revs picking up a bit quicker and of course less weight means longer engine life.
The o/e crank pulley also encorporates a vibration damper which the neuspeed item does not have. I have spoken to them and they said; quote "With our testing there were no effects of extra vibration or reduced engine life"

Which would be most beneficial VWRacing Lower engine mount or these pulleys can only do one or the other before xmas?
No DJ, will be fitted on Dec 12th so there will be no time for before/after runs. Just have to get up really early now to get down there for 9am
Mate, get on the rollers first, then pulleys fitted, then plenty of timw for another run at end of the day lol.
This way, you/we all know the benefits if any lol.
P.S. Be in Awesome's interest by the look of it if they do deliver the good's
Trouble is the only time they have to fit it is 1st slot at 9am. If they could fit it later i could indeed have a run pre and post fitting - as long as everyone was happy with that. Awesome did say there was a cupra.net member having something done after me @ 10am - if he is willing to swap fitting times it could be doable !!. If not then its back to plan A.

Thats what i was thinking. Do you know if you need alignment after as if this is true may well be tempted by the WALK aswell.

I will either get the dog bone mount or the WALK kit when i need it. Trouble is i do all my supercar killing on the big roads so ain,t that fused on improving cornering stabilty at the moment. Not taking the K1 to the Ring until 2011 so will get something sorted by then.
I think that might be me, I’m getting the fuel pump checked over on that day, I’ll give them a call and if it is I’m more than happy to change over the times at 9am suites me better

And then in march its the insurance companies annual, "hang out the back of the poverty friction session" which I have to start saving for.
Let me know how that mount goes, I wouldnt have thought things would need re-alligning though.

You also need to remember that the RR day is currently full in terms of slots. I can't vouch for Awesome running more slots on the day, that is entirely up to them.
However everyone on my list should get their allocated runs, as it would be unfair otherwise.
If Awesome ok extra slots then thats fine by me, but you really need to clear it with them in advance.
