turbo is on its way out !!! HELP

basically my turbo is on its way out so im gonna need it sorted asap, so can anyone tell me what kinda turbo will a 53 plate cupra tdi 150 have, some one told me it mite be a KS03 ????? but im not to sure ????

also does anyone no of a decent recon company or the best place to get a replacment unit sourced very quickly ??

Ive just had a recon unit from turbo solutions for £434 which included gasket set no probs with it on an exchange basis
