Hi all hopefully someone can help a little
2002 leon 20v t remapped running around 215bhp
I have been getting smoke from exhaust after about 10 mins
idling I have found a lot of oil in intercooler cleans this out but still a small amount of smoke does this mean turbo knackered? ?

Not really too sure it could be but if its running OK then maybe not --the build up of oil is causing the smoke-it will burn after warming up -10min or so like you say--I would get a second opinion from a trusted local garage find out where / why the oil is there and whats causing it?
 
If you still have boost then it is propably ok. What color is the smoke comming out from the exhaust blue, white, black ?
There is always some oilyness in all of the charge air tract. But if a cup of oil pours out when you take the lower charge air cooler hose off, you probably do have some problems.
A large amount of oil is a sign of the turbo oil seal failing.
 
Well I still had boost and it was blue smoke after about 8 mins of idling and a lot of oil in intercooler so had a new turbo fitted now and all seems good thank you all for advice and help
