been having a problem on lcr 210 boosting at 16psi when its totally standard giving it a overboost fault. just been outside and took actuator off so i could work the waste gate by hand and it moves as it should freely but it also moves in and out. found a vid on youtube but cant post links yet because less than 15posts, bugger. on youtube - k04 faulty turbo - by billbadger5. if anyone could post link for me it would be great.

does anyone know if it can be repaired as the turbo is only about 6month old. bought the car when it had just been fitted and he is miles away so warranty wont be an option.

Hey dude

Have you checked all the pipework for leaks and broken clips

might not be of any help but check the simple things first, also run vcds and see if it pops up any error's

If the shaft of the wheel can be moved in and out of the turbo housing then it needs fixed.
