Turbo Timer Issues

anybody else in here have a turbo timer with a front mount intercooler, just fitted my intercooler a cuple of weeks ago and noticed that the timer counts up alot more than normal, i have mine set at a minimum of 30 secs count down which before a fitted the cooler it didnt realy go above that time unless your kickin the arse out of it but now siting at 50 mph and it goes to about 2 mins.

this happen to anybody else.

dont think many people use turbo times on the cupra's.. think theres a couple maybe tho..

They're illegal anyway -- you're not allowed by law to leave your car running whilst unnattended (Or so I hear)

Its your alarm causing the problem. Could try turning the interior sensors off or lowerin the sensitivity of the sensors on vag com.

Illegal? What would happen if you were caught with one?

I think its more an illegality in terms of voiding your insurance as it would basically disarm your immobiliser.
