turborevs intercooler not worth buying

hi all my turborevs intercooler turned up last week and after spendind a whole day trying to get it fitted yesterday i can tell everyone there not worth the money.
the reason they are so cheap was soon obvious after we finally got the front bumper off we ran into problems straight away, the silicon hoses they send out are all the wrong size and dont connect the pipework well atall, there is no fitting guide with this intercooler and could not seem to find one on the internet anywhere.
last but not least there are no holes or anything for the map sensor on the pipework which it does state on ebay but only says you need to drill a whole for air sensor, not for map sensor and the bits you need to fit the dump valve etc etc to it so all in all not a good intercooler and after spending a whole day trying to get it fitted it still didnt end up on my car so you can see why it is so cheap.
the most annoying thing is i have just found a toyosports intercooler on the bay which has everything needed all the wholes and everything to fit straight on for £30 more sk bif fail from my side.

I just found where the knocking comes in my car. Few moths ago I have replaced front bushes with cheap ebay polyurethane bushes and the are knackered already. Same goes for the cheap spring from ebay - crap.
So buy cheap buy twice or at least struggle for a bit

i just did the same with my turbo revs intercooler. but im welding the map sensor flange and the extra vac hose for dv myself. hopefully once this is done i can get it fitted.

should have got toyosports aswell but live and learn.

also the silicone pieces are too small for the end caps and the cold side pipe but can be fitted with a film of oil and a but of force lol.

The dump valve doesen't fit to the intercooler?? It fits onto the TIP. (Or the throttle body hose if relocated to the cold side)

it "dumps" into the tip or throttle body but the boost pipe comes from the hotside intercooler pipe.

Really, Then the kit is not fit for purpose so send it back and ask for a refund.

fair point. ill try doing the same with mine but i have ordered a flange to weld for the map sensor and also a alloy 6mm straight pipe connector to weld next to the boost pipe. their is only the hole for the dv boost pipe but not for the vaccume. with all the extra cost i would have been better off ordering the toyosport intersooler for the extra £60. without the need for modification or hassel.
