If you turn the ac climate control off, it appears you cannot operate the fan/heating system manually.
Is that right or have I as usual missed the obvious?

Im thinking you mean this screen?

The "button" top left shuts the whole system down and greys out the fan speed, temperatures and other A/C button. So no airflow unless you are moving I guess.

So leaving the top left button "on" you can press the bottom righthand A/C button the red A/C turns white and all the fan and temp options remain active as does the auto "button". So presumably normal heating/ventilation with no compressor running. No idea if it resets to a default a/c on when restarting though.

Also discovered that touching the blue arrows turns those vents on/off, so the same function as a rotary knob distributing the airflow would be in a real car :ROFLMAO:

That screen confused me also! As in why there were two buttons for air conditioning. The top text should really read "Climate Control" or similar as Air Conditioning is a specific component of the CC which can be controlled independently.

Not figured this out yet. Does A/C in orange mean the aircon is off or on?
Either way my mpg is rubbish lol

Just like that. It does not reset when restarting, you have to press the Auto again to do it, or the AC icon to turn orangish again. With AC on its abt 0.5-0.7 lt per 100 km more.
