Turning lights sound

Hi,

Is there any way to change the volume for the sound that's made when the turning lights are on ?
Sometimes I can't hear the clicking sounds if the radio is on or people are talking and i would like to turn the volume up just a bit, if possible :)

Thanks.

As far as I know, the sound you hear is from a relay and is mechanical, so I don't think you'd be able to make it louder. But there should also be visual alerts in the form of little green arrows on the speedo or rev counter I think.

In front of a PC....
I don't think you can turn up the sound. I have not seen it on the VAG.COM menus for it either.
Use the green arrows on the dash or tell your passengers to keep quiet ;)

Its not mechanical from what i can tell.

It doesn't "click" when you have the seatbelt warning going off - so it must be software/speaker driven from the same unit that does the other warning sounds.

Yes, the little green arrows are there :)
I was hoping it's a software thing and there was a way to turn the volume up.

I've sat in a Suzuki SX4 and the sound in that car is even dimmer, if there's someone whispering in the car you just overtook then you won't hear anything :)

I'd like to make it a bit louder so it's easier to notice when they're on (as you may not notice the green arrow for a while).

I don't know if it's the same system on the Leon, but on the A3 the indicator click volume is linked to the vehicle speed. This would suggest that it would be possible to adjust the level.

North Lincolnshire.
Can you not place a beeper/buzzer in line somewhere and receive the desired sound that way if you require more.? Probably from Maplins or somewhere like that.
