Twin calipers on 356x22mm rear - Seat Leon MK2 - Help

Hi guys!

- I've just got the last parts for my new brake setup in the rear, but!

- Im really hooked on the twin caliper setup! I know there is a "kit" for the 330x22mm discs,
But can't seem to find anything for the 356x22mm disc

Anybody know if it there is made a kit for the Mk2 Cupra, or if a kit from another car fits?
