Twin Fan Rad?

hey

well i met up with ather's (great guy, and a lovely VW touareg too )

i took a rad off a cordoba he took it off, as i have an AC slam panel (ABF) but i had a normal rad, so now i have the rad, it has twin fans on it, but the connector that fits in was different (its more oval on the AC on)
the code of the rad is 6K0121253L (but i can't find it on vagcat )

is there anything i can do for this? as it fits perfectly if i was to put it in?

suj. if you put both rads side by side is there anyway you could put the single fan on the other rad or simply re-wire the rad with the correct plug for your car? are the headlights ok? thanks for meeting up with us. hope to see you soon at the coventry meet. going to get down there!

haven't put the headlights in yet, its lashing down here. will try tomorrow,
as for the rad, the AC rad is 377mm tall, whereas the one on my car is 322mm tall, so the fan won't fit!

i thought about the rewiring if i could get an AC adaptor, that should work right?
flapper/others if you have any idea's, go ahead!

PS yeah would be cool with you coming to one the meets, with yours and my new wheels (touchwood for both of us)

can someone tell me the colours of the wires on the connector of an AC twin fan radiator?
if they are the same i might be able to swap them over? then i can sort this problem out
