I hit a pot hole last night hospital car park has a bulge can it be repaired cheers

Yip, tyre is scrap and not safe. You can try claiming the council. They do pay out for this sort of damage but it's likely it'll cost you more than the price of the tyre to win.

I know it's sickening but it could be worse. I've seen some pretty badly smashed alloy wheels thanks to pot holes.
