I have had my Cupra for nearly 3 years now and all 3 set of tyres i have had have worn a lot more on the inside than the outside. Just wondering if anybody else has found this?
Im pretty sure thats normal as it does on most cars, I believe the wheels would be cambered slightly
I thought as much, its a bit of an arse though, as 75% of the tyre is still within legal requirements and the inside is getting dangerously low!!

don't know if it applies to the 20VT but on the lower models the bushes with the holes in cause this kind of tyre wear!
i changed mine for the solid cupra bushes, handling improved massively and not got the tyre wear issue anymore!

the difference in handling, turn in and control in general is very suprising!

Severe inner front tyre wear is a very common problem on the Mk4 Ibiza.
Given that you should already have the solid bushes (assume the petrol Cupra got them, the TDI did), then you need to get a decent alignment done.
By decent - I don't mean your average kwik-fit type place
My TDI Sport wore the inner edges so badly there were holes through the rubber, while the rest of the tyre still had 1000's of miles wear left.
Once I'd got the alignment sorted the wear problems stopped, and it was much better to drive (more stable in a straight line, felt more "planted").
I've had laser geometry checks and they came back within normal limits. I am getting about 10k miles out of the tyres and i do drive it pretty hard, so i suppose it is to be suspected. Ah well.
