Right okay - will have to Invest in OBDHi mate mine did this and when I connected my obd connector and did a scan there was a fault code to do with the windows. I cleared this code and was able to set the windows up again. Code never came back at all think it was due to the cold weather at the time. I use carista and the free car scanner app to do this. It's brilliant mate highly recommended
Definitely mate they are so cheap I think about thirty quid but I use the free app car scanner. I can scan codes clear them play around with settings reset service intervals etc etc highly recommendedRight okay - will have to Invest in OBD
Hi mate was only saying it worked for me. I have reprogrammed the window many times but on this occasion it wouldn't do it until I cleared the fault and I was instantly able to re learn the window mateThe error log with the error "basic setting missing" is completely irrelevant for programming the window. I recently had 10 errors in the door control unit and was able to program it.
How do you learn the window?
I have used various suggestions from various threads and also referred to user manualThe error log with the error "basic setting missing" is completely irrelevant for programming the window. I recently had 10 errors in the door control unit and was able to program it.
How do you learn the window?
Not sure now. Definitely complaints about low battery and quite possibly adaption, but it was a good while ago.Which Error's was in the Log?
I did this with no joyHave you tried diverting the battery again?
I got OBD on order, will see what it shows upI had this, and I found clearing all fault codes and running the windows up and down using VCDS rather than the switches cleared it.
