Thought on Ibiza it was only the front wheels that could be realigned?

It is, but the geo of all four wheels should be checked and the front should be aligned to the rear of the car so you need to know the direction of all the wheels.

Anyone help me on this?? Guys?

Not got any pics but there isn't much to it.

The outer ball joint is held on to the wishbone with three bolts that go through holes in the wishbone.

You slot these three holes towards the car by about 5mm.

When you re-assemble the outer ball joint again you push the joint in to the inner end of the slots so that camber is reduced.

How do you lock these lower ball joint bolts off cos they won't tighten enough without breaking? You using anti vibration washers or something?

They arnt suposed to be that tight - I just used book torque figures. 20Nm + 90º IIRC

You need to renew the bolts every time - they are strech bolts.

If you realy want to lock everything in place - use some washers under the heads of the bolts. Then when you have your camber set correctly - get someone to tack weld the washers in place to hold the setting.

ive slotted mine,no more excessive wear on the inner edge and i used lock tight on the threads and did them up tight when it was all set up,not much slotting is need you can even see the slots due to the bolt head coovering it. if that makes sense,

or you could buy kw's adjustable top mounts, but there £400

how did you know how much to slot it? did you just guess? lol
im doing this tomoro cos i have the day off :)

Basic triganometry if you have the measurements.

You need to know what your current camber is first.

Then the triangle for the calculation is :

(Bottom side) = wishbone length - pivot to ball joint

Other two sides = distance from top mount to wishbone ball joint

You can then work out a mm per 1deg camber ratio.

What tyres wearing like like that? :)

Depending on how I drive - i see around 15K from a pair of front Uniroyal rainsports without rotating tyres.

Another thing I found is that the front tyres like to be 2psi above normal pressure when set.
This seems to help with even wear across the tyre although it could just be relevant to the rainsports - i have always used them on this car ( 130 TDi sport )
