I recently bought a 14 plate Leon FR. It's got the Seat Sound package (if that makes a difference) and I'm having a couple of issues with the radio.
The main issue is, often the whole radio unit is totally unresponsive. The touch screen doesn't work at all, and I can't even use the buttons on the side to change anything - can't change to sat nav, can't use the radio button to switch between FM and DAB - nothing works at all. The radio will come on and go off, but that's it.
The second issue is that sometimes the radio just changes station at random times.
Anyone know what's causing either issue, or how to fix them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've had a bit of a Google search, but haven't had any luck yet!
