Unusual Digital Display Startup?

Just had my car MOT'd today, and up until now I haven't noticed what my digital display looks like on startup.

For some reason a spanner appears as well as a small clock, along with the number 27?
Can anyone shed some light as to why this is? It seems to take a while to change ?

Could well be that mate , got it serviced less than a year ago I'm sure, guess I'll get it reset
