ok wen this pipe is tight? but not when its loose?! :shrug:

It may be in my mind but it seems allot better when its done up but i need to pull tighten it up every day. A mate got in the car and aksed what i have had done to it as it seemd far quicker and he didnt know about the leak.

Its in seta on tuesday so we shall see what they say

Just found the exact same thing on my car today, tightened it up by hand for now, I think it'll be easier to get a spanner on it with the charge pipe removed might give it a try tomorrow

Also noticed that the wastegate looks like its been adjusted, can only see about 10mm of thread any idea how many threads are supposed to be showing?

Im getting the same probs as scotty.

Ive got Custom Code but a full set pf Forge Hoses inc TIP fitted by JBS.

Man, im getting these screams,whistles and the car has never felt as responsive as standard.
I know i am lossing boost at certain revs/speeds (jerky).

Assumed it was the 007dv & its characteristics after remap, not sure now?

It also smells of rubber/plastic when i really pushit hard.
I do hope its only this small thing as above

Easy to check fella just wedge your hand down the side of the TIP and you will feel the 5mm ish hard pipe loose (thats if it is that) just pull it up and get it down to a dealer. Mine told me they often find them loose during services etc. Something to do with the fact that there tappered

How many miles has it done? Check the turbo outlet pipe for split as well...

I've seen them at a lot less than 60k as well

I think im having the same issue too! Its such a maze of piping behind there I havent found the braided pipe yet, but ive noticed theres some oil on the bottom of the turbo (I get a burning smell come through the vents occasionally on idle) and ive got that whistle on acceleration (very loud with Revo on)
