USB wiring adaptor?

Hi all. Looking to replace the standard MIB2 head unit with an aftermarket. The Sony unit I've gone for has a built in USB socket that I can place somewhere to connect my phone to for android auto. I was however wondering if I could still use the original USB socket that sits under the centre console. I believe this connection highlighted is the header for the usb. Does an adaptor cable exist that turns that connection into a normal USB? Would make the whole install look cleaner if it did, but I can't seem to find anything online to suggest it does.

Hi CJ Smith,

I'm far from an expert in these things, but that looks very much like a Fakra connector to me which would suggest it's for the antenna.

Not sure if that helps you solve your problem but I'm not convinced that the solution lies in that connector!
