VAG COM Changes

I may be wrong, but i have done a long and hard search to find a thread on things that can be changed on a MK1 leon.

Does anyone have a list of things that can be changed etc. Or could we build one up so that people can use it?

Had a look through these, but its not quite what i was after. All of his 'how to's' are based around the central convienience module.

I want to know what other modules should be able to be accessed through vag com in a leon.

So assuming that i should be able to access these (except the 'all wheel drive') then i have decided my lead doesnt work properly.

It only picks up a few from the ones that it says should work.

Do you have one you could recommend Lee? obvioulsy i know that a ross tech one is the best, sadly the budget is not there this time of year.

What is the difference between a Vag Tacho lead and a standard OBDII lead?

Also, my cra is 53 plate, 04 registered LCR. All the leads seem to say that 2004 is the changeover year for connectors. What connector is it that i actually need. That could be my problem!

Different electronics in the VAG-TACHO lead so can't be used with the VAG-COM.

well i was wondering exactly what the leon options were ??

i bought mine from ebay , £15 delivered , and came with a disc with loads of stuff on there , even had a Revo program to adjust things

havent really played with it yet , just cleared my EML
