VAG-COM in Crawley/ Redhill/ Horsham/ West Sussex?

Hi guys,

I've recently bought a cable off ebay and have the shareware version of VAG-COM, unfortunately I didn’t realise VAG-COM doesn't run on Vista.

I've tried it on a friends laptop but the only thing that seemed to work was the general diagnostic – which bought back no faults. Now that's a good sign but I want to be sure I’m using it right and that it’s working right.

Does anyone in the Crawley/ Redhill/ Horsham/ West Sussex area have VAG-COM, who wouldn’t mind carrying out a health check on my car?

Alternative someone nearby with a laptop running XP could install the software and use the cable to check mine and their own car?

I should be in Crawley next weekend mate, so if i can get mine successfully working, you're more than welcome to hook yours up...

You'd have to come to me though, as i would have already driven 7 hours to get to Crawley! lol
