vag com non responsive program.

hi as any one else had problems with vagcom stopping responding when you click test. or could i have a faulty cable?

What version of VAG-COM are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?
What type of interface hardware are you using and where did you get it from?
What does the supplier of your interface hardware say to this?

when i select the com port my cable is on i vag com just shuts itself down and i have to open it again. cant get it working. might just do a complete uninstall of it and then do a clean install see if that solves it
