I was also wondering if they are any good, couldent find anything on them so I just bought one, for the price it is very resonable but I haven't got it yet hopefully it could be here tomoro so ill keep you guys posted and auctualy see how good it is!

Although it is not the same one mentioned in the thread, I got one of these not too long ago and really cannot fault it (see link below).
Has many options and does the trick very well.

Yeah i was looking at that one but then saw this at half the price!

I got one boys and girls

It's great - had EML on plugged in and scanned for faults, came back with the code and re-set EML light. All scanned and re-set in
Less than 2 minutes.

Don't hesitate to get one for yourselves - save money and worry

ive got one of these.. works a treat! and for the money is a great buy! its just a simple plug in, reads/scan takes about 5-10 secs max and gives you all the codes. mine came with a little book that tells you what the code means.

really happy with it.

I have got one of these and it is good. It doesnt scan everything but will give you most major fault codes on the engine. I have still had to borrow a friends vag com a few times when i have had engine problems

I have one too - in the glove box, give the car a scan every couple of days, looking for anything major, or to clear those abs errors when you have gone a little sideways
