can airbags be deployed by accident when looking for fault with them

when just fault code reading no - there a safe left hand section on vagcom that can be used to read fault codes

as long as you are only reading for faults/codes you can't go wrong

it's when you start getting into software coding and changing things round it gets nervy

what do you mean by software coding sorry i am a newbie to all of this dont want to be setting all air bags off
