VAG Specialists in Surrey! Where are they?

The Phirm do all the work on PVW mags cars. Are very good although you might have to book your car in quite abit in advance. At the moment its about 3weeks I think. Labour is £45+vat an hour. They are friendly, will not rip you off
and really know their vag stuff. They are about 20mins past guildford from you.
Storm Developments is in Aldermaston which is between Reading and Basingstoke just off the M3. They charge £40+vat an hour. They are also very knowledgable and will not rip you off. They managed to fix a fault on my car that a few other garages could not figure out.
JKM are in Portsmouth as somebody has mentioned. They also really know their stuff and are very helpful. Not sure what their labour charge is but I think its about the same as the above. When I was there they said they deal with alot more seats than vw's now which I would imagine means they know them and their niggles better.

I have actually booked it into Mega4 this time but will keep the other three places in mind too
They are only about 10 miles from me and have booked me in really last minute so im pretty happy about that
another one for your list... qst tuning in haywards heath...there site mentions seats but i think they like their porkers. i once rang them and the owner asked why i hadnt come to them for the mods on my car and gone all the way to peterborough... i mentioned the tuner and they reply was... i guess its more their end of the market.
i think it was said as sour grapes but i wasnt convienced my car would be respected as much as the porkers they work on.
im near brighton but im often on the a1 heading to jabba for servicing/work. once you trust a garage then your never comfortable anywhere else. car deserves best.

I know what you mean but the thing is, with the problems i am having, i dont want to do a really long journey! I have found places but they are all at least 60 miles away and thats just too much at the moment
I do know what you mean though as its nice to find one person and stick with them
The thing that i also find hard is fitting it in with work! I do 8.30am to 5.30pm so nowhere is normally open that early and nowhere shuts much later either so i really have to either go somewhere within a mile or two of my house wait until a Saturday and then not all places are open Saturdays
I live 5 minutes away from there... also curious how it went as I keep seeing many good comments and dont fancy taking mine to the stealers @ hampton court after the warranty expires!
