VagCom on PDA?

Sounds like a strange question can you get a PDA with USB that would run vagcom??

Prob talking out of my arse but was just wondering???

ah what about a mega cheap oooold laptop and a serial Vagcom cable??

Im just not sure on the spec of the machine i would need, cheaper the better of couse, would only be using it for that!
