VCDS vs OBDEleven

Bit of a newbie question here as I've not much experience with either software options. I've seen a few mods I'd like to do on the obd eleven sticky that don't appear on the vcds sticky threads. I only have vcds on my laptop so my question is, the codes and modules listed on the obdeleven thread, are they the same in vcds?

Like I said only got vcds and never used or have obd eleven.

Yes the long coding is the same, which ones are you looking at?

Think it was park pilot so the screen pops up when in reverse as I only have sensors. I was looking at a few more bits but cant remeber them all. found a site with a vcds tutorial the other day for the pp and compared it to the obd guide on here and it matched so hopefully should be ok. Will find out in a week or so when I get round to doing it all.
