My car has been through a few clutches due to the torque I am running including the VR6 clutch.

I have a petrol FR pushing around 244bhp and 305lbs torque. Flywheel is standard but the car now has Stage 1 Organic Helix clutch. As far as I know (could be wrong here) but it's rated to around 400lbs torque.

Yep, direct replacement for your OEM clutch/flywheel.

You will need some new bolts to go with it too. Do a search as all the part numbers are out there.

Think the VR6 clutch is rated to 300lb/ft. I was running this setup when pushing the boundrys of stage 2 and it was a very nice clutch..

Do a search on google mate, everything is out there on many a forum. 6kg's seems to be the optimum weight though, any lighter and they can get abit rattly etc mines 6kg's and still idles like its standard.

Keep a look out for secondhand flywheel cheap, then vr6 sachs or luk clutches are about 120 quid, all bolts, both flywheel and clutch cover bolts are around a tenner. Then you just need to get the flywheel lightened and then clutch cover and flywheel balanced by an engineering company.

Heres the up to date part numbers for everything you need bud...
G60 flywheel - 028105269bx
sachs vr6 clutch kit - 3000384001comes with new release bearing
shorter bolts for flywheel (x6) - n90206103
clutch pressure plate bolts (x6) - n10101001

Ohh and if you order new clutch without release bearing i think the release bearing for the 1.8t clutch is same as one used with vr6 clutch and if so the part number is 07376.

Hope that helps you:)

Yep, both the same release bearings. I used the VR6 one when I fitted mine.
